Here at Blue Ridge CrossFit, we believe that being strong is essential for a healthy lifestyle. At CrossFit, the focus begins on core strength and moves out to the extremities. Believe me….strong is the new skinny! We use functional movements at high intensity and short intervals to achieve your fitness goals. In all my years in the work force, nothing has given me more satisfaction than giving people the gift of CrossFit. People both young and old can find their inner athlete through CrossFit regardless of their initial fitness level. In teaching CrossFit, I am rewarded by seeing people achieve their goals whether it includes losing weight, improving stamina, running a 5K or even competing in a CrossFit competition. Personally, CrossFit has made me a better husband, father and community member, and I am grateful for it. I encourage all to try CrossFit and see how it will help you!
